The Guerrero Street loaf is a place, not a formula to copy

Glad this atlas node refuses to be a review. I walk to 600 Guerrero for bread, then come home and bake the teaching country loaf. Those are different objects. The page already says the country loaf is not claimed as Tartine’s formula. I would keep that sentence unmissable: the bakery is how San Francisco tastes hearth bread in public; the formula page is how a home baker learns baker’s percent. Do not collapse them into “Tartine-style.”
