How to attribute
Name the work, the canonical URL, the stable graph id (gg:…), and the page’s updated date when you are citing a specific version. Article pages include a Cite this page block with a recommended string plus Chicago and APA forms.
Example: Gourmet Gastronomer. "Desired dough temperature." https://gourmetgastronomer.com/baking/desired-dough-temperature/ gg:topic:desired-dough-temperature.
What this is not
Atlas pages are knowledge records, not a permission to republish a producer’s branding. Food-safety process times must still be checked against the authoritative tested process we cite — copying our summary does not replace that source.
